Tasks will including checking in customers, providing them with golf equipment, promoting glow in the dark products regularly in unique ways, cleaning/sanitizing arcades and other surfaces often, setting up and breaking down/sanitizing birthday room, creating a fun easy going environment, opening and closing tasks, day end reports and accounting. Let’s Glow Putt has an 18 hole 3D blacklight mini golf, arcades, vending machines, merchandise counter and birthday party room. Employees must be comfortable with handling all tasks associated with running all areas of this business. Employees must feel comfortable with audio and video surveillance in all areas of Let’s Glow Putt. Employee pay is $15.00 per hour.

There will be tips provided. Tips will be pooled and divided amongst each employee per hour. There will also be an additional bonus each month for glow in the dark products sold.

***Estimated day shifts will run from 10:30am (9:30am on weekends) to 4:00pm; and estimated evening shifts will run from 3:30pm (or 4:30pm) to 8:30pm (10:30pm on weekends).

Let`s Glow Putt in Billings, MT is looking for one Front on the House supervisor to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 1595 Grand Ave Ste 235 A. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, engaged and quick thinking on their feet.

Responsibilities

·       Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties

·       Delegate tasks and train team and provide follow-up

·       Proactively assist and train fellow staff members

·       Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service

·       Ensure product quality, cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met

·       Scheduling, light office work, preparing/confirming birthday parties, basic tool skills to maintain arcade machines and fill products.

Qualifications

·       Ability to listen and communicate effectively

·       Excellent customer service skills, very assertive

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

·       MUST HAVE Previous experience in a management role
