  • 10 glow in the dark gifts, ONE for each guest (Either a pirate sword OR crown, please note count for TOTAL guests in checkout)
  • 10 glow in the dark bracelets, 10 bags of pirate’s booty popcorn, 10 chocolate gold coins
  • This party is for 10 guests total

Use of Backlight themed birthday room for two hours! This includes set up and clean up. All glow in the dark plates, dessert plates, napkins, cups and silverware. There is a sink, refrigerator and freezer for your use. No food will be provided. You may bring/have delivered all birthday food and dessert. Adults must supervise children in all areas including golf course.

Golf takes about 45 minutes. Golfers will golf in groups of 4. Remainder of time can be used eating, opening presents and playing arcade games. Adults must supervise children in all areas including golf course. This party is for 10 guest total. At checkout, you can add additional guests. Birthday table comfortable sits 16 adults, but could fit up to 20 children.

Party Terms Agreed To Upon Booking

Adults must accompany children during entire party, including the entire golf course. There is no staff available to watch/monitor children.

  • A valid government-issued ID and a matching ID-valid Credit card will be required at party check-in.
  • Any accrued balances will be automatically charged to the card on file if guests leave without settling any unpaid balances.
  • Party Package include 10 guests and additional guests are priced as indicated.
    • Party Packages include above listed items.
  • No food will be provided. You may bring food or have it delivered.
  • Gift cards may not be used to purchase party packages.
  • Excessive Cleaning Fee:
    • Parties with Let’s Glow Putt are designed to ensure parents do not have to worry about the set up nor clean up for their special day of celebration; however we want to ensure this policy is not abused. As such, Let’s Glow Putt reserves the right to administer an excessive cleaning fee ($199 to $399) should guests intentionally trash a party room/table, participate in a food fight, smash cake or other food into the ground or throughout the room/areas, bring confetti, piñata(s), sparklers, glitter, etc.. This policy is not something Let’s Glow Putt wants to rely on; however, it is unfair to our staff to have them clean up after parties who were intentionally messy and disregarded our policies. We hope we don’t have to assess this fee. Normal clean up associated with birthday parties (pizza boxes, plates, cups, napkins, etc.) won’t have this fee assessed. After all, we fully expect to clean up after a party full of fun, we just ask that you respect our staff, our building, and other guests who want to enjoy Let’s Glow Putt just as much as we know you will!
  • Refusal To Leave / Late Exit Fee:
    • Guests who refuse to leave the party room for any reason without Managements direct approval will be assessed a “Refusal To Leave / Late Exit Fee”. Birthday Parties are 120 minutes from start to finish. You and your guests will have your room/table area for the full 120 minutes of your Birthday Party. If you’d like to open presents during your party time, you’re welcome to; however, we are unable to extend your time as we have other reservations in that room following your event / party. Let’s Glow Putt will do their best to inform you that your reservation time is nearing its end; however, it is your responsibility to vacate the room/table area at the end of your reservation. Should there be a delay or refusal to leave, a fee in the amount of $199 will be assessed for every 30 minutes of delay.
